Saksit Meditation and Healing Centre is a Pranic Healing school in Bangkok, Thailand. Pranic Healing is a no-touch, no-drug energy healing system developed into its modern form by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui. It works with prana, the life energy that surrounds and permeates the body, on the principle that the body is able to heal itself.
At Saksit, we teach 19 certificated courses across three tracks:
1. Healing and Protection
2. Prosperity and Abundance
3. Spirituality.
Three courses need no prior training. The two-day beginner course is open to anyone aged 16 or over, and no experience is required.
WHAT IS PRANIC HEALING?
Pranic Healing is a no-touch, no-drug energy healing system that works with prana, or life energy, and the energy field surrounding and permeating the physical body.
The method works through three core processes:

The system was developed into Modern Pranic Healing by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, who organised older energy-work principles into a structured, teachable curriculum. That structure is what Saksit Meditation and Healing Centre teaches in Bangkok, level by level, from a two-day beginner course through to Arhatic Yoga.

The usual starting point for the Saksit curriculum.
Basic Pranic Healing Level 1 is a two-day beginner course for anyone aged 16 or over. No previous Pranic Healing experience or training is required.

Saksit is a school, not simply a place to attend an individual meditation session.
Most courses have prerequisites, and the curriculum is designed so that what you learn in one course provides the foundation for the next.
Courses generally run for one or two days, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with internationally approved certificates included as part of the certificated curriculum.
This gives you a clear path whether you are taking your first course or continuing into advanced study.
Meditation on Twin Hearts
Meditation for Beginners and Experienced Practitioners
Meditation on Twin Hearts is a guided meditation taught within the Pranic Healing system and practised on the heart and crown chakras.
Saksit runs Meditation on Twin Hearts sessions at the Bangkok centre.
No course is required to attend, and beginners are welcome.
Pranic Healing Sessions
Not everyone comes to Saksit to study.
Pranic Healing sessions are provided separately from the courses and involve no physical contact and no drugs.
No previous training is required.
